HTAA AUTO STICKERS

Your vehicle stickers are now available. Please stop by and pick up.  If you have a new car, please bring in your registration and all necessary paperwork.  This should be your registration if a new car, make of vehicle, year, color, state license plate. 

WORK ORDERS

Did you know for your convenience, you can fill out a work order online for the work you are requesting from our maintenance department?  If it is more extensive, you can email your request and include pictures if necessary to office@harbortownlstl.com We are in the process of trying to use our website more and have every homeowner's email.  if we do not have your email on file, please submit to the office.  We would appreciate it, as we feel this will benefit everyone in the community to get efficient communication in a timely manner.

FRIENDLY REMINDER

Your HOA dues are to be received in the office by the 15th of the month. If they are not received by then, a $30 late fee will be applied. If there is a problem, please feel free to contact us by phone 636-561-4095 or email office@harbortownlst.com and we will be more than happy to work something out. 

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

All Harbor Town residents have been mailed and/or emailed a letter along with a financial analysis pertaining to Harbor Town.  Extra copies are available at the Harbor Town office.

Effective January 12, 2023, the homeowners are required to obtain their own homeowner insurance policy.
