Pool rules and hours

 Hours               MONDAY- THURSDAY          11:00 AM - 7:00 PM  

                          FRIDAY & SATURDAY            11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

                          SUNDAY                                 11 00 AM - 7:00 PM

To ensure everyone enjoys their time at the pool, please make sure all family members and guests review and abide by the following rules:

1.   All assessments and fines must be paid in full prior to using the pool.

2.   A Harbor Town ID must be presented by you or your guest every time you visit the pool.

      No more than 10 guests per household per day.  More than 10 guests require advance 

      notification in writing to the HTAA office.   

3.   Children age twelve (12) and under must be accompanied by an resident over the age of 16. 

4.   No running along pool decks or rough play in the pool.

5.   Diving permitted only from diving platform.

6.   Proper swim attire required.  No cut offs allowed!

7.   Only nerf & soft type balls allowed.

8.   Animals are not permitted in the pool or pool area. 

9.   NO GLASS CONTAINERS of any kind in the pool area. Violators will be asked to  leave and

      pool  privileges will be suspended for a week.

10.  Please keep your pool area clean...pick up trash, use an ashtray!  

11.   Music should be played at low volume.

12.  Pool Attendants may, at any time, order individuals out of the pool and/or pool area. 

      Reasons for this may include but are not limited to:

         * Not abiding by the pool rules.

         * Acting improperly and/or dangerously

         * Disrupting the enjoyment of others around them.

         * Acting/appearing drunk or under the influence of narcotics. 

         * Profanity or offensive language

13.  The Conference room is for Pool Attendants use only. Room must be reserved in advance 

       through the front office,  A Deposit is required.  Please inquire at the office for details.

The HTAA pool is a PRIVATE POOL. Use of the pool is at your own risk. HTAA assumes no liability for the safety of individuals using the pool.
